The freestanding counterweight anchor provides a tie off point for personnel performing work on flat roofs or structures.

The rotating anchor includes a universal non stretch 20ft. Integral carrying handles for easy transport each countweight has an ergonomic carrying handle for easy set up and user satisfaction. Complete with sixteen 45 lb. It is non penetrating to eliminate damage to the working surface and is assembled using sixteen separate easy to carry counterweights allowing the user to never have to lift more than 45 pounds while installing the anchor.

Built in shock absorbing system for added safety. Free standing system eliminates surface penetration approved for use on concrete single ply and bitumen membrane asphalt sanded and stone chippings for added jobsite flexibility. A series of posts may be linked together using stainless steel rope to create a free standing kwikline system. Non penetrating design simply sits on working surface.
