During the now defunct cte ravod 911 was revamped to a much higher degree of graphical fidelity and was eventually pushed to the main game. Those tanks were all out of order and waiting to be recycled repaired but the factory was then closed probably because of lack of funds and the fact that there was already too many tanks after the fall of the ussr.
